On-Site
We will provide on-site training for any clients that request it. Our easy-to-use application only requires a maximum of one (1) hour of training and does not require IT staff resources.
Over the Phone
Document Tracking Services (DTS) is commonly described as a very "user friendly" application. In fact, most of our users are fully trained in only ~15 minutes by participating in our telephone training which only requires a phone call and an Internet connection.
